After five years in storage a statue of Harry Kane has been unveiled – much to the delight of the man himself but less so to the public, with many people claiming it fails to capture its subject.

Kane isn’t the first footballer to unveil an unflattering statue, however, with depictions of Ronaldo, Diego Maradona and Mo Salah among others facing ridicule.
