All I know is that it was a person just walking and getting assaulted for what they believe in, if I didn't know what was going on id say the man or whoever he may be was assaulting a peaceaful woman. Still do but with context. I guess this clip doesn't show what had happened before she was grabbed aggressively by the neck but it seemed to have been still uncalled for. Its not unlawful to peaceafully protest even if some people don't want to hear it. Its called freedom of speech and of belief while not harming anyone or anything else in the process
