  1. I tried making a smash burger in my iron skillet (on high) and ended up smoking the whole house up and burned my meat. Tried four times and it was such a fail. The meat smoked so bad I couldn’t even see it in the skillet. Am I cooking it too hot or what?

  3. Honestly, I always struggle with the pronunciation of the swershercherser sauce something, Oh I just googled the spelling: Worcestershire. Actually I bought one bottle months ago using several droplets to prepare the Tonkatsu sauce, and I had been wondering how I gonna finish the whole bottle. Thanks to this video, now I gotta dedicate it to the classic burger recipe lol
