I have come back to gw2 after playing wow for many years too and i am totally loving it ..wow hs just gotten boring for me , i havent even bothered with the new expansion
Bought the game at launch but all my buddies were still playing wow so I put this to the side. Recently had an itch to play mmo’s again and decided to give gw 2 a real shot. I’m stunned by the amount of content, how large the maps are, the convenience features. Having mounts with abilities and and purposeful uses was a nice touch as well.
TBH though, it’s hard to break my mind off from the holy trinity of healer tank dps.. that is possibly my only hang up with the game

It’s so funny cause guardian was by far the coolest class to me when first starting due to it being such a unique class compared to other games

Just made the switch myself from WoW since I was probably 12 to GW2. Only been playing a little over a month maybe, and I’m hooked! Got all of the expansions and a couple outfits for myself. I couldn’t be happier with the switch. The contrast of player base in itself was such a welcome change. I’m excited to level through my few characters and learn more about the game. So far I have a Vindicator Revenant, Reaper Necromancer, and Dragon Hunter Guardian.
GW2 is awesome
11 years with this, I already spent $4000 for skins I don’t even use anymore. The gem store is a curse

this game looks and feel like a 90s game lol
the only bad thing that sticks out to me about gw2 (for me, anyway) is the bank space. everything else is done better than any other modern mmorpg.

Its very good game but its pay to win, either have a subscription so its balanced or dont have one and the shop should just be for comestic stuff, thats why i quit

There are only 2 problems GW2 have atm. 1st is a lot of cheaters and explot users. 2nd is toxic PvP community.
After 11 years with WoW, i started to play this game now. Only have two days but i love it and i think this will be my new MMO game🥳
More smoothie and better graphics than WoW though!! Please request on Devs to bring it on mobiles! Will save all world from these pathetic anime asian ballshits which all are the same level of story and stuff..
