I am SO sick of the E Jean Carrol nonsense. The only people that couldn’t see through that allegation and trial, including the fact that Gov. Hokul enacted a new law for ONE YEAR ONLY to allow this to even be filed, the fact that they tried it in Manhattan, the prejudicial evidence that the judge allowed to be presented, the fact that a civil case is a much lower standard of proof than a criminal case, and the subsequent ridiculous judgment of that extremely biased jury that was, again, based on prejudicial evidence and no real evidence, are Trump haters. For goodness sakes, the woman couldn’t even name the year or the month for fear that Trump would be able to defend against it with business and travel records. How do you refute a 30 plus year old supposed crime when you have no way to do so, no facts to cross examine, and in an effort to defend your character, which is being smeared in public on a daily basis by your accuser, you are sued for defamation, then when you protest the judgment and try to defend yourself against the outcome of this extremely biased trial, you are brought back to court and ordered to pay this lunatic almost a hundred million dollars? Outrageous. This case bothers me more than any of the others because this woman is a LIAR. No rape victim calls the act sexy or celebrates a financial win by going on television and yucking it up with. Rachel Maddow, talking gleefully about everything she is going to buy. It was gross. Also, dates are not generally forgotten, much less the entire year or month, but you can supposedly remember an outfit that you state repeatedly has his DNA on it, but that turned out to be BS? She is truly disgusting. And the other women are allegations, after he ran for president, many of which are innocuous “he brushed against my bottom when walking past me” nonsense and have been refuted by eyewitnesses or other evidence. There was more contemporaneous evidence against Biden regarding his accuser, but the media not only let that go, they immediately called her a liar. And they never reported on Biden’s daughter’s claims in her diary, nor did they report on Mr. Emhoff’s or Mr. Walz’s allegations, instead celebrating them as bastions of morality and decency, especially on MSNBC. I’m so sick of these people’s biases.
