  1. I don't understand why a food critic would be considered an authority on any of these topics. The UK is stuffed full of people who can actually comment knowledgeably on these topics, not just regurgitate facts given to them by others. This guy has chosen to be an expert in the essential business of criticising restaurant food. Let him stick to it.
