Royal fans revel during King Charles and Queen Camilla’s visit to Sydney Opera House

About 2,000 people gathered at Sydney harbour to catch glimpse of the royals at the Opera House.

They included schoolchildren, adults in faux crowns and a dog in royal regalia. However the day was not without incident, with Aboriginal man Wayne ‘Coco’ Wharton arrested after protesting the king and queen’s visit and attempting to serve a notice for the king’s arrest
