A leaked photo shows an Australian Army vehicle flying the Nazi swastika flag while on operation in Afghanistan in 2007. Defence has confirmed the photo is genuine and that the commanding officer took immediate action at the time of the incident. Prime minister Malcolm Turnbull denounced the flying of the flag “as completely and utterly unacceptable”
