  1. King Charles says we have to learn the lessons from the past, not pay reparations but look forward. At the same time he and his government are complicit in the colonial genocide of the Palestinians. His hypocrisy shows he has learnt NOTHING!

  2. Yes, none of us can change the past and that is true, but we can improve and continuously change the future. our future never again will be based on colonialism and conquest as it has ridden this world for thousands of years already.

  3. Ok so if I get a knock on the door for a terrible crime I committed in the past, I’ll just use that as my defence! “ Yes, it was terrible, but let’s put those bodies back under my patio and move on shall we?” I can’t see that one working for a peasant like me!

  4. Lets start with the £140 million taxes the royal family steals from us hard working people who pay taxes, move forward from here and today, Royal family still stealing looting people today

  5. Yes, But one can try to set right mistakes and injustices done to another if they genuinely want to. Will the house owner refuse to take back items given back by a repentant burglar?

  6. Excuses, excuses.
According to the King of Britain:
We'll just shamelessly refuse to apologize for our criminal past & continue to enjoy our looted wealth.
At state expense while UK households suffer cost of living crises & economic deprivation plagues the countries whose resources we plundered.
