The death toll from the East Coast flood emergency has now risen to 21. Police in Sydney have recovered the body of a 50-year old delivery driver reported missing last night. Nine people have died in New South Wales and thirteen in south east Queensland.
Greater Sydney is now beginning a massive clean up effort after torrential rain caused flash flooding and damage yesterday.
