Dolly Parton musical, Kylie movie, Rodent Man | Bang On | Arts Entertainment Culture

Queens reign supreme this week! Dolly Parton has announced a new Broadway musical based on her life, and we are already booking our flights to New York. Her empire continues to expand too, with a hotel, museum, and wine range. She never stops.

Kylie Minogue has reportedly signed with Netflix for a fly-on-the-wall doco on her life as well, and has been getting her yee-haw on again with Orville Peck, to boot. And if you’re seeing a lot of talk about “Rodent Men” and need an explainer, we’re here for you.

Millennial fashion is giving us whiplash in it’s cyclical return, specifically the GG Gucci belt. Are the days of stealth wealth over? And we’re banging on about a couple of brilliant podcasts, and another bang on piece from Annabel Crabb about men and the meritocracy.
