Cutting down on emails is ‘about saving the planet’ at The Guardian

Sky News host Chris Kenny says The Guardian is claiming if you stop using “unnecessary emails” then “you’ll help save the planet”.

  1. Even though it's all bullshit I'd still be interested in knowing how they calculated it exactly? Instead of taking the piss out of them you could've at least asked them a few questions about it…

  2. First, I thought Pigeons, but then I realized they probably emit too much CO2. Copper Chisels, and stone tablets? Too much CO2 created in the melting of Copper, and too much CO2 exhaled while chiselling. Can't go back to paper for the trees. I guess we're fu*^ed…

    Planet? How and why did we come to use this word in place of Earth or The World which served us perfectly well for so long. It used to be "save the earth". Or "all over the world". Now everything is f*cking planet planet planet it is so pretentious and wannabe scientific is it meant to lend more validity or something? More extremist lefty brainwash buzzwords.
