As a Russian citizen I don't understand many commentaries here. What's the problem of Boris? In general I know his achievements when he ruled London.
But if we compare him with Putin, it's just like earth and sky. Putin did MUCH MORE evil not only for citizens, but for the whole world, I can't describe all the bad things he done, really, he goes BAD literally every week.
