An award-winning real estate agent has been found not guilty of dozens of sexual offences against three women, including many that were alleged to have taken place inside open homes.
Omar Lababidi, 29, pleaded not guilty to 26 charges against three women between 2021 and 2023, including three alleged rapes and 20 counts of sexual touching.

The incidents were alleged to have happened predominantly at various western Sydney houses he was selling while he was a senior sales executive at Ray White.
Following a NSW District Court trial, a 12-person jury on Friday returned not guilty verdicts to all counts. They deliberated for nearly 13 hours.
The allegations included forcing the women to give him oral sex, exposing his penis while masturbating inside open homes, and putting his hands inside their underwear. On some occasions, the jury was told, the women were saved when customers entered the home viewings.
Crown prosecutor Alex Brown argued that Lababidi showed “a tendency to act on his sexual interest … knowing they didn’t consent, being reckless as to their consent or having no basis to believe they consented”.
He added that the women did not “indicate any willingness to engage in such acts and or had expressly indicated that they did not wish to engage in such activity”.
However, defence barrister Simon Buchen, SC, argued that all three women “willingly participated” in intimacy with Lababidi.
