Making headlines today is the aftermath of a coronial inquest into the death of a two-year-old boy following a circumcision in 2021.
The Australian Health Practitioner’s Regulation Agency was referred the case of Gosnells doctor Raad Hassan, after he performed the surgery on two-year-old David Flynn in December 2021.
Coroner Robyn Hartley handed down her findings into David’s death last month.

Aidan Murphy is suing Lauren Dunn for defamation in the WA Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, former Married at First Sight star Lauren Dunn is being sued by a Perth businessman who accuses her of posting malicious and false comments about him on social media.
In a summons filed to the WA Supreme Court on August 15, United Resourcing managing director Aidan Ciaran Murphy claims the Perth socialite defamed him and, in turn, the human resources business he works for.
It does not specify which posts the 37-year-old Applecross man has taken offence to.
The summons accused the outspoken former reality star of posting the “false” content on her TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts over a week, between July 14-21.
