Hollywood star Keanu Reeves has thrown cold water on rumours he married longtime partner, Alexandra Grant, earlier this year, confirming the happy couple have not tied-the-knot.
The Matrix star, 61, told E! News on Monday, he and the visual artist have not made it to the altar.
“We’ve been going out for a long time,” Reeves said, at the New York City premiere at his film, Good Fortune.

Grant herself confirmed to fans in late September, they were not married. She shared a photo of the pair kissing on a set of steps at the Roden Crater in Flagstaff, Arizona, to dispel the fake news.
“This is a real photo. Not an engagement photo or an AI wedding announcement… simply a kiss!” Grant wrote at the time.
“I’m sharing it here to say thank you to everyone for the congratulations on our wedding. Except we didn’t get married.
“Good news is much needed these days, but it’s still fake news, so be careful out there! So, here’s a bit of real happiness!”
Reeves continued to address the speculation, adding: “People did (send) a lot of nice messages and stuff (thinking we were married), but Alexandra just did a wonderful [job] addressing.”
Reeves went on to pay his respects to Hollywood star, Diane Keaton, who passed on Saturday, aged 79. The pair had worked together on the 2003 romantic comedy, Something’s Gotta Give.

They later reunited at the 2020 Oscars to present an award.
“She was very nice to me. Generous, generous artist and a very special, unique person,” Reeves said.
Despite not walking down the aisle, the couple are still madly in love.
‘Thank you to everyone for sending over sweet wishes for Keanu’s birthday yesterday… he was well-celebrated!,” she wrote on Instagram earlier this month.
‘To Keanu — who saw this post as a draft! — I am so grateful for your love and partnership,’ she wrote alongside a photo of a heart-shaped cake with his name on it in icing.”
Reeves stars in the movie, Good Fortune.
The story follows a “well-meaning but inept” angel named Gabriel (Reeves), and his failed attempt to show Arj (Aziz Ansari), a struggling gig worker that money doesn’t solve one’s problems.
The film also stars Sandra Oh and Stephen McKinley Henderson.
