Hundreds of fans of American singer-songwriter Billie Eilish have camped outside the Brisbane Entertainment Centre for days ahead of the global popstar’s first show tonight.
Some fans have been in the queue since as early as Saturday morning.
Today, they’re braving near 30-degree weather in the hours leading up to the opening.
“We’re very excited we’ve all been here since about 6am,” one fan said.
“We promise we do have jobs,” another said.
Fans are also lining up to buy her merchandise, with some telling 9News they would be willing to spend up to $1500 for them.
Eilish’s first show in Brisbane takes place tonight.
She’ll perform three more shows this week before she heads to Sydney and then Melbourne.
She will take to the stage for four sold-out shows in each city.
Australia marks the halfway point of Eilish’s world tour for her Grammy-nominated album Hit Me Hard and Soft.
