Euky Bear vaporiser recalled over heating element warning

A popular vaporiser which is designed to create a better night’s sleep has been recalled over fears it could cause burns.

A product safety warning was issued by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) yesterday over the Euky Bear Warm Steam Vaporiser.

“If you do not turn off the device after steaming has stopped, the base of the blue heating module may overheat and start to disintegrate, producing smoke and fumes,” the TGA said.

“If the heating module finger is exposed, it could cause burns to users.”
