Brisbanites make waves on social media with flood water-skiing after Alfred

As ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred wreaks havoc on Brisbane’s streets, some locals have found a unique way to make the most of the floods.

From waterskiing behind tractors to gliding across floodwaters behind a horse, Brisbane’s finest are proving that nothing—not even a natural disaster—can ruin their sense of adventure.

Making a splash during the flood, two daring souls water skied behind a tractor, while another one took to the floodwaters being pulled by a horse.

Others hit a flooded school cricket pitch on a jet ski.
