They allegedly tied the hands of a 49-year-old woman with cable ties and stole her phone.
The trio then allegedly entered the house and attempted to tie up a 52-year-old woman, but failed.

The men then allegedly fled with a sum of cash.
Paramedics assessed both women, but neither required hospital treatment.
After investigations, police have released CCTV of a white Toyota Corolla seen in the area at the time.
It was parked on the corner of Rimmington Street and Broughton Road, and is believed to have travelled east on Broughton Road before heading north on the Pacific Highway.
Anyone with information about the vehicle, including CCTV or dashcam footage, is urged to contact police.
