A teenage girl has allegedly been stabbed on a train in Melbourne, with four other teens arrested over the violent incident.
Police and paramedics attended Batman Railway Station in Coburg about 8.40pm on Monday and found an injured 16-year-old girl.

She was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police arrested four teenagers nearby and found a knife that had allegedly been dumped.
One of the teenagers, a 15-year-old girl from the Greater Geelong area, has been charged with armed robbery, intentionally cause injury, use controlled weapon and assault with a weapon.




She has been bailed to face a children’s court at a later date.
The other three — a 14-year-old girl, a 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy — have all been released and are expected to be charged on summons.
Investigations are ongoing.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information has been urged to come forward.
