A man is fighting for life after getting into trouble while snorkelling in Queensland’s north.
The man, aged in his 60s, was snorkelling in waters off Lady Musgrave Island when an incident occurred about 10.51am on Friday, according to a Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson.
He was treated by paramedics before being airlifted to Bundaberg Hospital in a life-threatening condition.
It is not yet known what the incident was that caused the man’s injuries.
